Do you travel outside Seattle? Yes. Travel within 30 miles is included. From 30 to 75 miles, a flat $200 fee. From 75 to 150 miles, that $200 stands as a base, plus $2 per mile past 75 — 100 miles runs $250; 150 miles runs $350. Beyond 150 miles, or any event requiring an overnight stay or travel out of state, we quote individually. Reach out with the location and date.
Can you learn a special song for our wedding? Yes. One song from our repertoire, dedicated to your moment, comes at no extra cost. Want something outside our repertoire — a special arrangement, learned and rehearsed for you? That runs $300, covering rehearsal and arrangement; the fee may vary with the song's complexity. Request it more than a month ahead.
Does the venue need to provide sound, or do you bring it? Many venues already have sound included. If yours doesn't, we bring our own — that's the sound fee already listed in the pricing table above, not a surprise charge.
Do you sing only in Spanish? Yes — our entire repertoire is in Spanish: boleros, son cubano, cha cha chá. The music is warm enough that guests enjoy it fully, even without understanding every word — we see it every time. If English matters to you, we can adapt a couple of songs from our repertoire, or arrange one by request for the fee above.
Do you require a deposit to hold our date? Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the event.
How far ahead should we book? More than six months, especially for summer dates. Those fill up fast.
What if our outdoor event gets rained out? Acoustic instruments need covered space. We'll coordinate a backup plan with your venue in case the weather turns.
